Lets be honest folks when I grew up I was told the police man is my friend. The police man was their to help you and protect you from the criminals thus the term protect and serve. Well, I grew up and I know that's pretty simplistic, but a police man, police woman's, employing police department is judged by the public as only as good as the lowest common denominator (police officer) which is the worst police man , police woman, police officer.

This is why you don't fight city hall in city hall. The funny thing is I think he was actually interrupting me but wanted to be heard when I didn't stop talking. I haven't seen a guys face turn so Red since my former high school football coach Riddick's during one of his blow ups GRHS. I shouldn't talk because the same thing happens to me when my blood pressure goes threw the roof and its not good for your health but I'm not the justice of the peace.
First besides the woman police officer, cops testilie which didn't make sense to any one let alone the Judge....
It was obvious to everyone present she aka the Police person, police woman, police officer, cop didn't know anything about radar, defection, minimum distance, maximum distance, and speed observations, or even what radar band she supposedly was using when asked, she hadn't be certified in 8 yrs and her answer to my questions where all I don't know or k, no ka, no ku, I think. also I asked if the best major league baseball players can only judge speed and hit the ball 33%(.333 Batting average) of the time, how is it possible that you can judge speed better than them? I don't know! Do you know the mathematical equation used to determine time distance and speed and is that how you can to the determination of speed. HER-NO!
If your radar was set to stationary and not moving wouldn't it have just displayed your Police person, police men, police woman, police officer, cop cars speed of 60mph, and not my speed? Police person, police woman, police officer, cop-YES. How come you don't know the speed of your police vehicle? Did you last use your radar stationary or moving? Are you sure what it was set on? I DON'T KNOW, BUT IT HAD TO BE RIGHT. Whats to say that 60 mph was not my speed and was your police cars speed instead.
I am told when in stationary mode only one speed displays, when in moving, the target and the police persons, police man's, police women's, police officer's, cop cars speed displays and both should be noted.
Do you have gps in your car yes, I think, yes. Do you have video in your car? Question- Do you think if we compared the record of my speed pass to the gps information from your car it would show that you have shot me with radar 30-50 times. HER ANSWER WAS. YES, probably. I asked if you had that information why wouldn't you bring it to court. I asked this because she was trying to say I was well into Evans when she decided to radar me. When in all reality, when I have retraced my route, I think she actually radared me in the Town of Bryant while going to where ever she goes on the reservation when she has followed me before and turn into a driveway. In Bryant before June 10,2006 there where no speed limit signs from RT 438 in the reservation to just past the Evans town line to the first 45 mph sign which meant I was going the legal NY state speed limit of 55 mph for unposted roads and I wasn't even in Evans when radared even though pulled over in Evans. (It is my opinion that if we did get the GPS from that car that day, that is what it will show). Why do you violently brake and loss control every time you pass me vehicle? Prosecutor Objection! Me Ok then walk me threw the procedure. You pick up your radar gun and lose control while doing that? P-man Objection. Cop- No the unit is mounted behind the windshield. Me- So you where reaching for the button each time and lose control of the car? Cop-I hold the button in my hand which I push every time a car passes by. You had just testified earlier that you where just coming from a call. Is it possible you didn't have the button in your hand and when you go to reach for it you lose control of your car? Police person, police woman, police officer, cop- No I always have it in my hand and I radar every car that passes.( This was obviously said to deflect my previous contagion that this police person, police woman, police officer, cop has been obsessed with me or racial biased against other white men, because I still perceive in my opinion that Police person, police woman, police officer, cop had targeted me or police person, police woman, police officer, cop was obsessed with me, my shinny new truck, or getting even with male co- worker police men, male police officers, men cops by targeting me for no good reason. Me-You radar every car that passes? Police person, police woman, police officer, cop-Yes! ME-Isn't that a little obsessive? Police person police woman, police officer, cop-No! As I pointed out in my opening statement it is estimated that the average driver speed 300 times before getting pulled over and she had shot her radar gun into my F150 at me almost 50 times and she the police person, police woman, police officer, cop claims I was speeding only one of those times!

You know what I am thinking during the trail and now! My opinion is big F****** deal 30 yrs ago the police person, police woman, police officer, cop would have been a meter maid not endangering anyone's life, she's morbid obese( as am I, but I'm not a Cop), she can't control her car which is the main public safety problem ( I can) and she the police person, police woman, police officer, cop obviously hates or dislike white men( I'm a white man and one of the loves of my life just happens to have been and native American girl-1/2Mohawk,1/2 Irish and she was blonde and had green eyes and light skin, my 3rd love. Yes, I would have married her even after I found out her father was 100% native American, so I'm not racist against American Indians). I think its either obsessive compulsive that she the police person, police woman, police officer, cop targeted me( I am intelligent enough to know when someone is targeting me or obsessive compulsive that she the police person, police woman, police officer, cop radars every car that goes by, use some judgment, intelligence, common sense.
I'm all for woman in the work place. There are something's woman are natural at and men have to work at and visa, versa. Personally it use to suck having to work all day with all men then come home and go looking for woman to date in bars, now woman are everywhere. You can get to know them before going further.( It's estimated 85% of people meet their mate at work) It's great!
I think whoever though up lets not have woman in the work place was a homo.
But find your strengths and do a good job and pull you weigh and if you are radaring every car that passes by you, your at a high risk for cancer.
That's why they put the on/off button there now so you can selectively target cars that aren't being driven straight and staying in lane as you testified I was and you will not get over exposed to radiation and might stop crime.
Another thing, I am not even going to say I never speed. Growing up, as a teen and in early 20,s I learned that the police persons, police woman, police officers, cops pulled you over for made up stuff all the time and that to me is a right of passage. As a grown adult that doesn't commit crime, I expect the police persons ,police woman, police officer, cops to act like Police and have integrity and to put a lid on there personal biases at least during work and keep the biases to themselves when in public, I also expect we should have integrity it in the courts.
I learned that if I am going to get a ticket! I want to deserve a ticket!
Now I always know what the penalty is. In NY I won't go over 1-10 miles over 3 points, in Pennsylvania it use to 5 miles over $250 fine now its ten so don't go over 8 miles over, in Maryland it's 1-9, 2 points, 10-19, 3 points, so I would go 18 miles over and people would be blowing past me.
I will never go thru a residential area speeding especially before 11 pm at night( don't want to hit a car pulling out or kill a child running into a street, and I always signal turns and stop completely for stop signs and never make a rolling stop for right turns( people who don't do these things endanger themselves and put doubts into other drivers causing them to react defensively sometimes causing accidents), all of which is dangerous and should be policed vigorously.
Also when I moved to Gowanda I had heard that the Gowanda Police are OK in fact in all my years in the WNY area I have never heard anything bad about them, and I knew Evans was a ticket mill by 30 yrs reputation. I found out that RT 62 was crawling with the police person, police woman, police officers, cop sometimes it is you and 4 police, cop cars behind you and one in front of you and I had been warned it was this way so I really haven't been speeding at all since moving to the Gowanda which is why this the police person ,police woman, police officer, cop really burns me up! I can't be any more careful than I have already been driving and I shouldn't be getting tickets at all, and if I am it. Its not because of my driving...
At the end the justice of the peace asked me why he should believe me or someone he's know for 18 yrs as a police officer,( If that not bias what is?). Which clearly they where trying to clear her misdeeds and ineptitude and my contentions of entrapment by abuse of police authority by saying this was a simple case of a by the book speeding stop.
In my opening statement I pointed out it was a blatant abuse of police power to come after me more than 30-50 times, which the police person, police woman, police officer, cop did not dispute, and that in my opinion she was not qualified to be a police person, police woman, police officer, cop and displayed disturbing and poor, and abusive behavior.
The DA objected but the justice let it stand.
At the end the Justice of the peace asked me if I would like to make a statement.
I simply told him I don't really lie and I admitted to going 10 miles over and I don't like being accused of something I didn't do. We all know what his decision was. He gave me the in for a penny in for a pound speech used to rationalize unsupported accusations that lead to conviction of more that admitted to acts. All this, while letting drug users and others out on ACD's( adjournment contemplating dismissal) that same night. I am not opposed to this practice ACD's , because I believe that everyone deserves a chance and most often ACD's are only handed out where the case could not be proved when the person is not guilty and should be dismissed outright, it's when they are used to prevent people in power or their children from getting even the least liability or punishment for their actions if they involved death of a person or persons, then its wrong. Others let go with parking tickets. I also thought it was funny he approved a plea by someone he knew for years, but let another justice of the peace decide the fine, he should have excluded himself from the case all together.
What I should have said is:
Why not believe someone that warned the FBI in 1999 that the world trade center was a target of attack by Arabs talking about slamming planes into it 2 full years before 9-11. Wouldn't that person be more trust worthy and intelligent than most people you know including the FBI and this police person, police woman, police officer, cop.
I will say this also: Ya, it seems I am making a big stink over something stupid, but in my life I have learned there aren't many small coincidences and some things seem to happen to me for reasons that I can realize until years past and when I was growing up I wonder if my life would have meaning, but I don't wonder anymore because I have learned the smallest action by one person can or could change things down the line for thousand or millions of people and sometime though I feel that I have the Cassandra complex( Cassandra could see the future but was powerless to do anything about it, that's sort of how I felt on 9-11, because my tip had gone unheeded) like out of the movie twelve monkeys. Even though I don't profess to know the future. I believe that we can all be a sum of more than our selves and effect positive change, all it takes is to keep trying. I will stand up for what I see as fairness and truth no matter how small because the results may mushroom in time.
Like I said before there is no Justice in Justice Courts. It is a Money making operation and vengeful in this case. I also have no doubt that they thought that I would talk my self into a whole during trail and when I didn't the Judge got mad.
Of course there was no court reporter there to record any of this! Also they let the court clear for at least 20 minutes so know one would hear the case last one of the night!
The smart thing would have been for the police person, police woman, police officer, cop not to show up and the judge to dismiss with prejudice and make this go away, the police person, police woman, police officer, cop is clearly of poor skills in my opinion....
Now there is a question in my opinion of police misconduct, judicial misconduct and perhaps prosecutorial misconduct?
For now, I won't take further legal action unless I have more problems.
I will say though it was a blatant attempt to cover all their behinds but mostly the woman police person, police woman, police officer, cops behind.
The power of the pen or internet is what probably caused the judges loss of cool or control, since I didn't give him anything but respect in court. I am not going to judge anyone as good or bad in intentions, but biases shouldn't rule a judges decisions.
The system of justice courts where a justice doesn't have to even have a law degree should be abolished in NY State and other states along with judges and prosecutors that put there allegiance to making the town or village money first and not to law and justice, the only way to have unbiased decisions is to have state mandated courts at the regional level without any allegiance to towns villages, or cities. The Justice Court system also rewards having cops doing work that not contributing to safety and law, rewarding them for writing tickets for marginal infractions instead of doing real police work, which is why most become a Police person, police men, police woman, police officer, cop to make a positive difference. Traffic laws should be used to stop people who are suspicious of having committed crimes, being drunk, on drugs or committed other infractions much more serious infractions.
The only place I have ever had a judge take my word over a cops is in this sort of Regional system in Maryland. The one out of 2 times in court in twelve years. They still had Village and Town police forces but no Village or Town or City courts and 95% of the time the Police person, police men, police woman, police officer, cop wouldn't show up and you would get your case dismissed if you went to court. They settled for the money they would receive from people who pleaded guilty in the mail.
I prefer not to fight my battles in court, unless in small claims in Buffalo, the only place in NYS I can see their is no bias. Your case is heard by an arbitrator, but I never lost their if I showed up; ok, I lost twice out of around 39 law suits. People try to get out of paying for non tangible services like advertising because they don't get to feel the product in there hands physically even if it works, so you are last to get paid unless they are smart and see the value.
If you wanted to see lawyers burned and mad because they lost to you, this is the place. The thing is, it is other lawyers acting as arbitrators making the judgment.

If You want to lose a million bucks, buy a Number One Rated Direct Mail Franchise advertising business in the USA, buy the regional franchise for all of Up State NY , (the same company you advertised with to make your net worth 10 yrs before) for a couple of hundred thousand dollars, plus start up cost, and then have a losing lawyer sick a buddy ******* **** the police person, police man, police officer, cop on you as pay back for kicking there butt, even though nothing allegedly happened in ******* **** except the lawyer was in ******* ****. Thus the need to make up a felony which can be investigated unlike lesser crimes. The same thing the Amherst Police told everyone was a civil matter only. It seems like dead beats that don't pay there bill for services rendered don't like accelerated payment and auto bank account debit clauses in the contracts they sign. They are perfectly legal under the Uniform Commercial Code.
I will say the Amherst detectives are a smart bunch of guys when judging civil or criminal and waste of time or malicious prosecution and its not that I haven't butted heads with them over things, but if you talk to them they seem to be able to figure what's what and back off if their first response was wrong. Which is what some cops can't seem to do.
If you want to make a Million Bucks go somewhere with a Big population take $300, go door to door hanging flyers on doors, keep reinvesting your money that you make from your service business sink it into more and more Direct Mail Advertising and expanding your business and in 1 or 2 yrs you will have your Million or be worth a million, it's almost worth the 100 hrs a week of work.
Below is my complaint to the Evans NY Police Department and their response to my complaint.
My main problem is the way they responded to the complaint, in my opinion they decided to attack me and treat me like I am some radical police hating leftist antiracyst, (my political views are really down the middle republican, I support the troops, police and fireman and our being in Iraq), instead of addressing my legitimate concerns and reasonable observations and opinions. Then when I went to meet with the town prosecutor at court instead of letting him do his job, unbiased and keeping that Police person, police men, police woman, police officer, cop out of the process, they let the Police person, police men, police woman, police officer, cop determine the deal, she of course probably wants me to fry in hell for my observations and while everyone else was walking out of court with 1-3 parking tickets or case dismissed, and if they had a lawyer( parking tickets go into the town coffers), and I have also have heard of DWI's allegedly getting out of this court as traffic tickets for relatives of town or court officials and friends, (Buffalo News Article*), which is a little much in my opinion, if its true.
The police person, police woman, police officer, cop wanted me to get no deal, then they offered me a deal that would have given me the same amount of points 4, 11 miles over instead of 15 miles over. Whatever ,it would have suite me just fine that most of the money from my fine goes to the state and not to the town as a reward for this Cop putting my and others lives in danger by her actions and repeating coming after me. I learned a long time ago there is not much Justice in Town or Villages Traffic courts, the rule of law rarely applies and it is just a big money making operation.
The only thing I can really say about the Evans Town Court is they don't try to hid what it is, they run a ticket mill, and don't try to hide it by sending you to traffic school and cutting your penalty to 1 point instead of 3, no false pretenses, they don't want to share the proceeds with the state, no hypocrisy in the court. That's more admirable than some of the other town courts, they figure out ways to get your money and have your insurance rates go up to punish you. At least in Evans your insurance rate doesn't go up, unless of course you file a complaint about a the police person, police woman, police officer, cop.
I request an adjournment, and I got one so I guess I'll see... 07/18/2006 $155.00 Fine.

Since
moving to Gowanda last October I have been using Versailles
plank rd when ever I have to get into Hamburg, Cheektowaga and
Amherst and hop on the thruway at the Eden Angola exit.
So after
using that route I began to notice almost every 3 or 4th
time I would take the route
and at least 20 or thirty times in Evans I would pass a police car
when passing it head on going towards the thruway every time I
passed the cruiser would violently brake as soon as I passed.
By
violently braking I mean the cruiser would slam on its brakes
whiteout regard to traffic behind it or oncoming sometimes it would
lose control because the driver most likely turned the wheel and
braked at the same time. It has been show that woman the police person, police woman, police officer, cops’ have 100 times more incidence of flipping police SUVs and
cruisers, because unlike a man they try to turn the wheel and brake
at the same time causing the front tires to have a smaller profile
and lose contact with the road and sometimes flip. Where as
man would either brake then turn or turn then brake so they are not
prone to this problem. Sometimes the car would veer into a driveway
or to the side of the road or into oncoming traffic with no regard
to the safety of other drivers. This has been become a common
occurrence. Also at
least 3 or 4 other times the cruiser follow me the other way
almost all the way to Two Clans before turning off into a drive
way. It was obvious to me that this car was either being driven by
someone who had no respect for human life, the people that they are
suppose to be helping or there own well being. It’s only
a matter of time before this person kills someone else or their
selves with their cruiser. I would always wonder to myself how
anyone that reckless could be behind the wheel of a police car. To tell
you the truth I could never identify the department the car belonged
to but there was no mistaking the violent braking and loss of
control of the car. It was
always the same driver and I wasn’t about to chase down a police car
to try to identify it.
But thank
fully as it turns out. I don’t have to wonder anymore who the maniac
behind the wheel is.
On April
tenth my stalker police person, police woman, police officer, cop decided that she could no longer let me past in
the other direction without investigating why someone would drive
with their lights on during daylight hours, stop for all stop signs
and obey the speed limit while passing her the 30 or forty or 50
previous times. I will
say that I wasn’t paying attention and was driving at 55 miles an
hour because the last sign I remember seeing was posted at 55 miles
an hour, I was running to western union to send money to my brother
and had other things on my mind and I was in the middle of the
country and I was driving at a reasonable speed. As
studies show most people drive at speeds that are reasonable and
don’t obey speed limits they perceive to be unreasonable and speed
don’t kill, its traffic moving at different rates of speed that
kills. I
digress, but this maybe a good thing. On to the
specifics of the April 10 TH stop. As soon as the police cruiser
passed me on this date I new by the way she slammed on the brakes
turned the wheel and turned into the driveway on the right losing
control and sliding off the driveway that this was it the day the
(“crazy driver cop” it’s my pet name) would pull me over. I made
sure I was going the speed limit 45 and waited for the red lights.
It took an unusually long period of time. I suspect she might have
go stuck in a ditch or had to wait for the other traffic she shows
complete disrespect for to get out of her way. Then I
see the car she’s weaving all over the road as she get the car up to
around a 100 miles and hour, a little excessive , and reckless for a
traffic stop for a pickup truck that was only going 10 miles over
the speed limit at most. I had
pulled over to wait for her to catch up where I could be well off
the road, but of course she had to park the police cruiser in the middle of
the road unsafely and to the detriment of others. I hang
out the window and show her my hands and ask what’s going on and she
proceeds to give me the 3rd degree and ads 5 miles and
hour onto my actual speed. I guess
in an attempt to not only get my money in court but also to give me
enough points that I will still have points even if I go to traffic
school and also to validate her unprofessional and reckless and
dangerous behavior in her mind. First
it’s obvious to me that this woman the police person, police woman, police officer, cop
that I have never met is obsessed
with me for some reason to the point of being a stalker. In fact
I perceive she has stalked me whenever I have been in her vicinity.
And has followed me out of Evans limits on more than one occasion.
If it is
a job related police person,
police woman, police officer, cop
stalking the prey obsession, it is unprofessional, and
the police person, police woman, police officer, cop should show more restraint and needs more training and to learn
the public is not prey. If it is
a personal thing she needs help. Either way I may try to obtain a
restraining order against her unless my concerns are addressed. I have
no wish to be stalked by a female police person, police woman,
police officer, cop with a gun. I never argue with a
woman especially one with a gun that I suspect is a lose cannon. I
also have no wish to change my route or life because of a female police
person, police woman, police officer, cop stalker. You can
ask Officer ***, and my brother that I had on the speaker phone
during the stop. I
patronizingly agreed with everything she said except, I said I was
only going 55 miles an hour, and I didn’t push the point, because I
didn’t want to agitate someone I perceive to be a unbalance stalker,
stalkers often try to impose the will on the person they stalk.
They
often stalk because they want to control that person, they will lie
cheat steal and brake the law and falsely accuse the person they
stalk of breaking the law in order to exert control. Second
this person need training in driving and controlling a police
cruiser and should be put on desk duty until she has passed the
appropriate training.3rd
this person should undergo psychiatric evaluation to help her
overcome her obsession with me or if not me, conjecture would
dictate her obsession other tall white guys with ********** hair
cuts and clean shaven age 35-50 years old. She may
have an inferiority complex as it pertains to her male counterparts
at work that causes her bias to other white men and to vent her
anger on civilians that are military looking type. If you’re
wondering about me. I will tell you I don’t 99.9% don’t lie. I would
have a lot more of my previous wealth if I did, I don’t take not
bull unless it’s from woman. I have supported the police in the past
in many ways. I also am not afraid to report what I perceive as
police person, police woman, police officer, cop misconduct. That
being said, it is my belief that a police force’s officers should be
honest, professional, unbiased, fair, well trained, not lose cannons
and not accept anything more than free coffee and a discount on food
at most. I know Police that won’t even accept that or accept with out
feeling entitled. I respect that. Your
attention to this alleged officer misconduct by officer ***
appreciated.

First of all, my opinion or perceptions are my own opinion and are not
subject to slander or liable. If her actions are that of a police officer
acting in the line of duty I fear for the lives of all people who enter your
town. Further more I may forward your Comments and response to the justice
department and state attorney general and your town government. You accusing
me of bias's and slander is slanderous and liable in its self. I really don't have to forward to the State police and county police for
investigation because they already have heard, but I reserve the right to
file a formal complaint with them because you refuse look into this. Also my truck is equipped with camera along with motion detectors. Also from
what I have heard , your response is what I expected from you. It is the
same attitudes that keep WNY economically depressed. Last I grew up in a house with almost all woman and I have a great respect
for them all and me referring to studies between the difference of female
and woman police officers driving is not bias.

tracking software installed and can verify the whereabouts of your officers
at all times and I am sure you would find my perceptions are correct. Also I can not believe that any other officer in your department would want
this officer backing them up in a pursuit. All you are doing by refusing to investigate my complaint about this officer
that in my opinion is sub pare and reckless is bring down all the officers
in your ranks that are doing a fine job or exceptional job. Your department is judged by the public as only as good as the lowest
common denominator which probably is this officer. If you didn't already know, the public doesn't respond well to police
pursuing people and killing innocent by bystanders their cruisers because
of somebody stealing $15 of gas or shoplifting cigarettes, their is such a
thing as a felony stop and a non felony stop and responsible policing.
Last but not least as a told you before my life would be a lot easier if I
lied once in a while, but since I don't really lie, my life is harder than
it should be, but like I told my some one the other day if it turns out
Islam is right I'm going to hell because I follow the teachings of Jesus and
I am not ever going to change.

I have made a complaint about a police officer that at worst has metal
problems and at least can't handle her cruiser properly and is a manic to
people on the road. The response I received from the local Town Chief of
Police was rude and threatening. As far as I can see the town has no system in place to handle complaints and
no wish to even look into my most basic complaint of very poor driving

against this officer and department. I have read that the town supervisor of
this town was arrested for DWI by state police a couple of months ago.
What I have heard about this town is they are know for being corrupt and
full of nepotism, in the ***********************, conflicts of interest
abound and town employees often hold more than one paid position with the
town making numerous opportunities for corruption. This is all just hearsay
and opinion.

department supposedly accredited by your division. It is obvious this
department Evans Town Police has no system of checks and balances in place
and refuses to investigate or at least try to help this officer get the
training she needs. You can tell by the attached photo that her car is
positioned wrong and offers no protection to her or me from getting stuck by
another driver. 50% of the with of her car should be behind my truck with
her wheels turned to the side of the road. This especially relevant in fact
not long after I complained on April 13th an Erie county police officer and
the two old ladies he had pulled over where struck and injured by another
vehicle. Thankfully they all survived. I have attached a few articles from
the National Institute of Justice to this email. I am asking that before you
accredit an police agency they should have some formal unbiased process in
place to handle complaints and address the concerns brought up without
threatening the complainant.

LOOK at the Car Above can you tell it is a Police Car?! NO! You can't! In fact until about the 10th time this car slammed on it brakes while losing control passing me, I thought it was some Fire Chief trying to warn me my F150 Truck was on Fire or something. Fire Chiefs' always have white cars or SUVs with RED Racks on Top. There is nothing from the front indicating it is a Police Car, also the writing on the side is very hard to make out. If you didn't stop for this vehicle the most you should be charged with is failure to yield the right of way to an emergency vehicle, even then that's a question and with dark tinted windows you can make out who is inside. I can see where people will slow down and pull towards the side but keep moving yielding the right of way, but are surprised when the vehicle dose not pass them and they only pull over to find out if there car is on fire. I will also bet this happens a lot and the cop is mad as hell when he gets out of the car because you didn't stop. I have blurred the plates and windows to protect me from getting into trouble for revealing the police woman's identity if you could make out the outline by some chance. I don't want to break any laws that may protect police identity, police privacy laws even though the Evans Police Web Site have all officer names posted on it. The same reason I don't publish officer names on this site. Thought I know all names and facts.

I entered a plea of not guilty and asked for a supporting deposition
on a ticket I received on 04/10/2006. The ticket states that you
will inform me of the court date by first class mail. While I have
received the deposition I have not received anything about the court
date. Since the court date on the ticket is coming up on Monday I
would like you to clarify when exactly is my court date. Ticket
number L********-2. When I asked for a supporting deposition I should
have been schedule a court date in the future that would allow me a
chance to examine the evidence and procure a lawyer if I feel the
need one. Any errors in the process could result in a warrant
erroneously being issued for my arrest. I don't want the prospect my
doors being broken down or guns pointed at me for an over-site
on the courts part. I tried to call the court but no one is
answering and the mail box is full. Your recording says you are
there until 4:30 but on a Friday at 3pm no one is answering.
Also I would like a transcript of the conversation between the
officer and the personnel at the police dispatch from 1350 to 1415
hours on April 10 2006 to determine what the actual circumstance
related to the stop where and the reasoning for the stop. Since all
police departments record this I assume this record exist and by law
the prosecutor and police have to turn over all evidence that would
help me in my defense.
Your attention to this matter by email before the court date
scheduled on the ticket is appreciated.

Christ said there is no greater love than a man have than to give his life for his brother. Most people interpret that to mean, die for your brother. I am more inclined to think he meant a life in service to others (Christians believe in eternal life) such as Police, Fireman, Solider, Nurse, Doctors, Clergy, teachers and out of those Firemen are more likely to Die for strangers, solders die for there fellow soldiers and country and lastly
Police officers die for there mistakes trying to keep themselves alive while keeping the public safe but are taught and practice staying alive before saving the public.
This is why in Columbine CO so many students died. The sheriffs where more worried about their own safety before the kids that where left unprotected. Cops hiding behind dieing kids I would call it.
Yes now most police departments tell there officers to go into schools without backup now, but that is just because of public outcry.
The sad thing is a lot of people get into law enforcement for the privilege and power of the position and the respect that comes with it. This was so widespread during the Clinton administration that all FBI agents wanted to be in DC, the same with CIA, ATF, DEA and nobody wanted to be in the field because that is not where the power or prestige was.
This is why 9-11 wasn't stopped before it happened. Also a lot of police are more pre-occupied with getting home safe before protecting the public. It is like anything else 10% of the of the people do the job for the rest 90% that don't and it is those cops that are the real Hero's
If you know a cop that you think is in that 10% tell his boss, his commander, and fellow cops about his good deeds and give the rest something to judge themselves by.
Anyway it’s not the amount of deaths per occupation (some peoples excuse for garbage men being most dangerous occupation and used against police) it's the reasons for the deaths or how good you lived your life before your death that matters.
